These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Wood art world LTD, hereinafter referred to as the Merchant, on the one hand, and the users of the website and services provided through the website https://www.woodcraftgift.com , hereinafter referred to as Users, on the other hand.

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the information and commercial services offered on the site (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
This document contains information about the activities of Wood art world LTD and the general terms and conditions for using the services that the company provides, while also regulating the rights and obligations between the Merchant and each of its Users.
Confirmation of these General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory condition for the conclusion of a contract between the Consumer and the Merchant.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to have his personal data processed on the basis of the contract concluded between him and the Merchant.
Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be understood as follows:
Website – www.woodcraftgift.com and all its subpages.
User – any natural person who acquires goods through the Site that are not intended for the purpose of carrying out commercial or professional activities, as well as any natural person who acts outside the scope of his commercial or professional activities when concluding a contract with the Merchant.
General Terms and Conditions – these General Terms and Conditions, which include terms of use of the Site, cookie policy, registration and delivery rules, voluntary dispute resolution, forms for contract withdrawal and replacement, as well as any other legally significant information published on the Site.
Personal data – any information relating to a natural person that reveals his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Goods – any movable tangible item offered for sale through the Site, except for items sold under compulsory execution or through other legal procedures.
Sales contract – a contract under which the Trader transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of goods to the Consumer, and the latter pays or undertakes to pay a certain price. This also includes contracts that combine the supply of goods and the provision of services.
Alternative dispute resolution procedure for consumers – a procedure for out-of-court resolution of disputes between a Consumer and a Trader, carried out by an authorized body in accordance with applicable legislation.
Services Provided
At www.woodcraftgift.com, users can enter into sales and delivery contracts for goods offered by the Merchant to various countries, including within the European Union and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the delivery terms specified on the website.
1.1. The goods offered by Wood Art World LTD through the website are intended for individuals and/or legal entities. Consumer protection rules, including the right to withdraw from the contract, apply only to individuals acting outside their commercial or professional activities.
Ordering
Users utilize the website interface to conclude sales contracts with the Merchant for the offered goods and their delivery to countries selected by the User.
2.1. The sales contract is considered concluded upon the Merchant's confirmation of the order.
2.2. In case of out-of-stock items or inability to deliver, the Merchant reserves the right to reject the order and will promptly notify the User.
2.3. After selecting one or more goods offered on the website, the User should add them to the shopping cart.
2.4. The User must provide valid delivery information, choose a payment method, and confirm the order through the website's interface.
2.5. Upon successful order placement, the User receives an automatic email confirmation acknowledging the order.
Refusal to Conclude a Contract
3.1. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract or fulfill an order with a User deemed unreliable. Such a User may be identified by one or more of the following circumstances:

Rude, offensive, or degrading behavior towards the Merchant's representatives;

Systematic abuse of rights provided by the website and applicable legislation.
Subcontractors
The User agrees that, upon ordering goods from the Merchant's website, Wood Art World LTD may assign the delivery to a third party (subcontractor) to perform the delivery on behalf of the Merchant. No prior consent from the User is required for using subcontractors.
4.1. Subcontractors used by the Merchant are not parties to the sales contract between the Merchant and the User.
Prices
The prices of the offered goods are indicated on the website at the time of order submission. All prices are in the respective currency and may include or exclude VAT, depending on the client's location and applicable tax laws.
5.1. VAT is applied only when applicable according to the law and the client's residence.
5.2. Wood Art World LTD reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect already accepted and confirmed orders.
Discounts and Promotions
The Merchant may offer discounts and promotional terms for certain products in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws. The terms for each specific promotion or discount are described in the relevant section of the website.
6.1. Different types of discounts cannot be combined in a single order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment
When returning goods purchased with a discount, the User is entitled to a refund only of the actual amount paid, reduced by the value of the provided discount.
The User may pay for the order using one of the following methods, if available on the website interface:

Credit/debit card – through certified payment operators (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.);

PayPal or other electronic wallets, if enabled;

Bank transfer – the payment is considered made upon receipt of the amount in the Merchant's bank account;

Other methods – including local payment systems or mobile wallets offered by licensed operators.
7.1. If the User uses a third-party payment method (e.g., PayPal, Revolut, etc.), they may be subject to the terms and fees imposed by the respective payment service provider.
7.2. Wood Art World LTD is not responsible for the unavailability or malfunction of a payment method if the cause is not due to the Merchant.
Complaints and Warranty
All goods offered on the website are subject to warranty service in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
9.1. In case of non-conformity of goods with the sales contract, the User has the right to file a complaint within 3 months from delivery.
9.2. Complaints are submitted in writing via email or through a special form on the website, and it is advisable to attach photos and documents proving the non-conformity.
9.3. The Merchant reviews the complaint within 14 days and notifies the User of the decision. If the complaint is upheld, the Merchant will replace the goods or refund the paid amount.
Termination and Cancellation of the Contract
The Merchant has the right, at its discretion and without notice, to unilaterally terminate the contract if it finds that the services provided are used in violation of these general terms, Bulgarian legislation, and generally accepted moral norms.
Apart from the cases provided in these General Terms and Conditions, the contract between the parties is also terminated upon cessation of the Merchant's activity or discontinuation of the website's maintenance.
Beyond the above cases, either party may cancel the contract by giving one week's notice to the other party in case of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The written form of the contract is considered observed by sending an email, clicking an electronic button on a page with content filled or selected by the User, or checking a box on the website, provided that the statement is technically recorded in a way that allows reproduction.
Severability Clause
The parties declare that if any clause(s) of these General Terms and Conditions is/are found to be invalid, this does not render the entire contract or other parts of it invalid. The invalid clause will be replaced by mandatory legal norms or established practices.
Amendment of General Terms and Conditions
The Merchant undertakes to notify Users of any changes to these general terms within 7 days of such changes to the email address provided by the User.
If the User disagrees with the changes to the general terms, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalties. To exercise this right, the User must notify the Merchant within one month of receiving the notification mentioned above.
If the User does not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract as provided in these general terms, the amendment is considered accepted by the User without objections.
Applicable Law
For all matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
